On 0:00, 2:00, 4:00 and 6:00 complete:

  • 10 Ground To Overhead (Plate, BB, DBs, KBs or Sandbag)
  • 10 Bent Over Row

* Use a weight that makes each set approx 40s, leaving 1:20 rest.
