On 0:00, 2:00, 4:00 and 6:00 complete:

  • 10 Deadlifts (DBs, BB, KBs or Sandbag)
  • 10 OH Press (DBs, BB, KBs or Sandbag)
  • 6 Deadlifts (DBs, BB, KBs or Sandbag)
  • 6 OH Press (DBs, BB, KBs or Sandbag)

* Use a weight that makes each set approx 40s, leaving 1:20 rest.
